2. Service Description

Frontora AI provides an AI-powered receptionist platform that answers inbound calls, captures caller information, qualifies leads, and books appointments on behalf of subscribing businesses.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Subscription & Billing

Services are provided on a subscription basis. Pricing is as displayed on our website or as agreed in a custom plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Frontora AI for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to interfere with the operation of our services. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Frontora AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and data may be deleted per our retention policy.
